** For those who registered as accompanying person are not allowed to access scientific sessions except for the reception.
- Your Registration category must be chosen at the time of registration.
Even in case there is any change thereafter, please keep to the category at the time of registration.
The Registration fee includes:
- Access to all scientific sessions
- Access to Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and Closing Ceremony
- Congress materials
- Access to the Congress Exhibition.
- Gala Dinner ticket is available at an additional cost
Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.
Confirmation
A confirmation email will be automatically sent to the registered email address after completing the registration.
Please print out and present the Registration Confirmation Sheet or download it to your smartphone or mobile device and show it to the staff at the registration desk on-site to receive your name badge and the congress materials.
Badges must be worn at all times while in the Ito Hall, Ito International Research Center.
If you forget to wear your badge, you will be asked to purchase a replacement badge.
Meeting registrations cannot be transferred to another person.
Visa
Customized letters of invitation can only be issued to confirmed registrants (those who have paid the meeting registration fees).
Those who need a visa application supporting documents will receive information on how to apply for our visa support and should proceed with it accordingly.
In the process of preparing the documents, we may request additional documents which verified your status.
We urge you to please complete your registration by July.12, 2018, so that you would have ample time for applying for a visa.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that cancellations are not accepted and registration fees, etc. are non-refundable.
